We all have a mental programming installed in our subconscious about our weight or shape. And how to know which is the programming that you have installed in your head today? Very simple. The only thing you have to do is look at the body and the weight you had in the last months or years. This average weight and that average physical shape are the results of your current mental programming.

For example, if a person has a certain program installed in their mind and the result of it is to have some overweight, no matter what she/he does, it will always end up with the same weight.

As it has been mentioned above, the person who starts a diet program or a workout routine can even lose weight at the beginning, but after some time they return to the original weight.

How many times have you seen this happen to other people? Or how many times has this happened to you? Apparently, you may think you are not lucky, or things just do not work out for you. But the truth is that none of this happens by chance. Your mental programming will determine very precisely what will be your weight in the future. So no matter what you do, you will end up always with the same weight which is ruled by your current programming.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off for good is through reprogramming your mind.
